It’s important to be patient, focused, determined, motivated and persistent. I believe pictures or work out videos of yourself through your fitness journey keeps you motivated. Your able to see the difference your able to look at yourself and take pride in your accomplishment. I set goals and I crush them . I post my photos and speak of my goals because I challenge myself. The only way to challenge yourself is to put things out in the universe. Once you’ve put it out there there’s no going back OWN IT AND ACCOMPLISH IT! . Stay consistent , eat clean, take supplements, hit the gym 4-5 times a week for an hour for faster results you’ll have to put in work 5-6 times a week at least 1 1/2 to 2 hrs max both cardio and strength training depending on your goal. Your body will start changing you will start noticing weigh loss , a toned physique then lean muscle . Staying fit year round takes discipline if you switch up fitness plans like me you will find it easier to maintain, I like to give myself a break in between seasons . I go hard for Spring and Summer I like to maintain that lean muscle physique but stay thick and toned for the Fall and Winter . Do whatever works for you but stay dedicated, find your comfort zone do what makes you feel good about you. Take your body to the next level. Challenge yourself! My fitness schedule may not be for everybody but I have found that everything I do works for me. It took me 2 years to discover how my fitness routine can change my body so now I am at a level where I know my body and I know what I need to do and how hard I need to work. It’s not going to be easy but I promise you it will be worth it specially when you look in the mirror and see a new you. I take pride in every fitness challenge and I love to motivate other women.
