I keep a balanced diet I maintain my size, weight, and appearance on different levels depending on my goal.  Is it hard yes!!!  I love Ice cream and cookies, It is serious torture when I go cold turkey and cant have sweets or  deserts,  Oh how I crave cheesecake too.  BUT,  I also know where all those sweets will take me and it’s never good. I gain back  everything I have worked so hard to keep off,   weight gain happens over the holidays only, So easy to gain 10 lbs in a month and so hard to loose it in 3 months.  For the most part I eat what I want and its all about portion control I try not to over indulge , I balance my meals. I meal prep and live a pretty nutritious healthy life style. Vitamins are extremely important they play a huge role in my health and diet, there are certain foods specially veggies I dislike therefore I obtain all those nutrients from vitamins. I drink preworkout and postworkout protein shakes .  I DO NOT take energy drinks they are high in sugar. For the most part I maintain by portion control  I eat  3-5 small meals a day which include small snacks in between,  Healthy Food is fule to my body since I lift and workout 5 times a week I burn a lot of calories and need food to maintain a balanced diet I NEVER STARVE MYSELF. My food intake consists of  protein, fruits, nuts, veggies and a little bit of carbs and lots and lots of water..  See my supplement blog for details

My new addiction are Acai bowls the açaí berry is legit. It’s loaded with antioxidants (10 times more than blueberries!)

and fiber—things that do help with heart health, digestion, and aging. And it’s a fruit that’s relatively low in sugar
